Directions from South (I-65) to Columbus East High School, 230 S. Marr Rd, Columbus, Indiana: I-65 N
Take Columbus/Nashville (SR 46) exit. Exit #68
Turn right toward Columbus, merging onto SR 46 (aka Johnathan Moore Pike) (Landmark - Burger King on right)
Move into middle lane (Landmark - McDonalds on the right)
Proceed through intersection (stop light) of SR 46 and 3rd Street (SR 46 aka Johnathan Moore Pike) (3rd Street aka Hwy 11)
After crossing the red suspended bridge, bear right merging onto 2nd Street, Move into the right lane Travel approximately 1 mile and turn right onto State Street (aka Hwy 7)
Travel approximately 1 ½ miles and turn left on Marr Rd (You can see the school from this intersection) Turn left onto Indiana Ave
Turn left immediately into the school parking area Directions from South (Hwy 31) to Columbus East High School, 230 S. Marr Rd, Columbus, Indiana: Hwy 31 N into Columbus
Turn left on Hwy 7 (Landmark – Big Foot on right at the light) (Hwy 7 turns into State Street) Travel approximately 4 miles and turn right onto Marr Rd (You can see the school from this intersection)
Turn left onto Indiana Ave
Turn left immediately into the school parking area
Directions from North to Columbus East High School, 230 S. Marr Rd, Columbus, Indiana:
I-65 S
Take the 2nd Columbus exit (Columbus/Taylorsville Exit) (2 exits very close together. Please watch.) Exit merges you onto Hwy 31 N (Landmark - Big Foot and Irwin Union Bank at the first stop light.)
Proceed through Taylorsville about 6 miles (Landmark - Pass LEE SUPPLY on the right.)
Proceed through the stop light and bear LEFT at the Y and go on the over pass (Do not go to “downtown Columbus”) (Landmark – Car dealership and Riverside Carpet on the right.) (Hwy 31 aka National Road) Proceed through Columbus approximately 2 ½ miles (Crossing streets such as Washington Street, Central Ave, 25th Street)
Turn right on 10th Street (Landmark – Golden Corral, Hobby Lobby, and Wal Mart at this intersection.)
Turn left on Marr Rd
Turn right on Indiana Ave
Turn left immediately into the school parking lot
Directions from the East to Columbus East High School, 230 S. Marr Rd, Columbus, Indiana:
I-270 South
I-71 South
I-275 West
I-75
I-74 to Indianapolis
Take the Greensburg exit (SR 46)
Proceed through Greensburg and through Hartsville
Proceed through the intersection of SR 9 and SR 46 (aka 25th St) (Landmark – Tobacco Road at this intersection) (Turning right will take you to Hope, IN on SR 9 – going straight takes you into Columbus on SR 46 aka 25th Street)
Proceed through this light and travel approximately 5 miles
Turn left onto Taylor Rd (aka 10th Street) (Landmark – Big Foot station, The Cork, Grease Pit all at this intersection)
Cross Hwy 31 (aka National Road) (Landmark – Golden Corral and Wal Mart at this intersection)
Turn left onto Marr Rd
Turn right onto Indiana Ave
Turn left immediately into the school parking area |
