COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Express Soccer Club is preparing for its 2024-2025 season and tryouts will be held beginning Tuesday, June 4, and continue throughout June.
The local soccer club, a staple of “American football” development in the area for over 45 years, has opportunities for players as young as 6, all the way up to seniors in high school.
All Columbus Express Soccer Club tryouts will be held at Richard Wigh Soccer Complex, 1647 Whitney Ct., just off Central Avenue, in Columbus.
Here is the schedule for the different age groups:
BOYS:
- Pre-Academy (Born 2017-2018): June 6, 7:15-8:15 p.m.
- Academy (Born 2015-2016): June 4 and 5, 7:15-8:15 p.m.
- Juniors 9v9 U11 (Born 2014): June 11 and 13, 6-7:15 p.m.
- Juniors 9v9 U12 (Born 2013): June 11 and 13, 6-7:15 p.m.
- Juniors 11v11 U13 (Born 2012): June 11 and 13, 6-7:15 p.m.
- Juniors 11v11 U14 (Born 2011): June 11 and 13, 6-7:15 p.m.
- Seniors U15 (Born 2010): June 10 and 12, 7:30-8:45 p.m.
- Seniors U16 (Born 2009): June 10 and 12, 7:30-8:45 p.m.
- Seniors U17 (Born 2008): June 10 and 12, 7:30-8:45 p.m.
- Seniors U19 (Born 2006-2007): June 10 and 12, 7:30-8:45 p.m.
GIRLS:
- Pre-Academy (Born 2017-2018): June 6, 6-7 p.m.
