SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Police Department (SPD) received information on Wednesday that a 15-year-old female had become pregnant and the father of the child was an adult.
SPD detectives followed up and as a result of the investigation identified a suspect. Juan Sebastian Pascual, 21, of Seymour, was arrested and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor (level 4 felony).
Pascual was taken into custody and transported to the Jackson County Jail for processing.
All charges are merely accusations and the suspect is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
