COLUMBUS, Ind.– United Way of Bartholomew County is hosting its first “Chips for Change LEAD United” Poker Tournament on Friday, June 20, at the B&A Hangar at Columbus Municipal Airport from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Your tournament buy-in of $100 will get you $15,000 in starting chips, food, drink, refreshments, and access to a live auction. A $25 add-on is available that increases your chip stack by $5,000, giving you $20,000 in chips.
There is a guaranteed prize pool of $2,000, and 100% of the proceeds from your ticket purchase go directly to the LEAD United Fund, which plays a vital role in preventing homelessness in the Columbus community. This fund is part of United Way of Bartholomew County’s mission to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
