COLUMBUS, Ind. – Cummins Inc. announced Wednesday that it has received two national honors for its leadership in workplace mental health and creative communication.
The company earned the Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health from Mental Health America and a Platinum Hermes Creative Award for its “It’s OK” campaign, developed with the agency, Westcomm.
“Our people are our greatest strength,” said Marvin Boakye, Chief Human Resources Officer. “These recognitions align with Cummins’ Total Rewards strategy, focused on supporting employee health, wealth, life, and career. By investing in holistic well-being, we help employees thrive personally and professionally.”
The 2025 Gold Bell Seal evaluates employers on workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness efforts. In 2025, 359 employers were certified, with just 32% earning gold status.
The Platinum Hermes Award—the program’s highest honor—recognizes excellence in concept, writing, and design, as judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.
