GREENWOOD, Ind. – Greenwood Parks and Recreation is readying for the annual Greenwood Freedom Festival with KORN Country 100.3 Musical Fireworks on Saturday, June 28, at Craig Park. Organizers say it will be a “day of fun, music, pyrotechnics, drones, and celebration.”
The festival parade steps off at 4 p.m. The Doo and The Endless Summer Band fill the park with live music from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Attendees can also enjoy food from dozens of vendors, a beer and wine garden, and a Kids Zone with inflatables, rides, and face painting.
New this year to the Greenwood Freedom Festival, immediately after the flag retirement ceremony at 10 p.m., a drone show will lead to KORN Country 100.3 Musical Fireworks. The fireworks are synchronized to the soundtrack that you can only hear on Korn Country 100.3.
