COLUMBUS, Ind. – ASAP Rethinking Wellness of Bartholomew County has announced its collaboration with Skye Nicholson, founder of Wellbeing Workshops Co., to create a community-wide “Dry July-Freedom from Alcohol” challenge.
Skye Nicholson is a certified Empowerment Coach who will lead the 31-day challenge to enhance community wellness by helping participants explore their relationship with alcohol and learn about ways to positively impact their overall mental and physical well-being. Her guidance draws upon the principles in Annie Grace’s best-selling book The Alcohol Experiment.
“Summer is a great time to kick start your health, and our goal is to provide a supportive environment where participants can gain insights, tools, and strategies to navigate their alcohol-free journey with confidence, said Nicholson.
Participants will have access to posts, emails, videos, and Facebook live events designed to help identify triggers, manage cravings, and examine beliefs around alcohol’s role in life and relationships.
