GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Greenwood Police Department (GPD) has shifted an investigation into the deaths of a mother and child from “Death Investigation” to “Homicide Investigation” following autopsy findings.
On August 4, GPD officers were dispatched to 607 Greenway St. to check the welfare of the residents at that location. They found 33-year-old Karon Clay and her three-year-old son, Karter Clay, deceased.
