COLUMBUS, Ind. – The City of Columbus Community Development Department has officially opened the PACT Program and is now accepting applications from builders and developers. If you are considering building a new single-family home in 2026, you could earn between $25,000 and $55,000.
This builder incentive initiative is a limited-time opportunity designed to incentivize affordable housing construction and revitalize neighborhoods by replacing blighted structures with new homes. Apply now or learn more about the PACT Program here.
