COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) recognizes Dr. Nicole Leach, its BCSC English Learner (EL) Director, for representing Indiana and BCSC at the U.S. Department of Education’s inaugural Seal of Biliteracy Summit on Monday.
The summit celebrated the crucial impact of multilingual education—from cradle to career—preparing BCSC students for global citizenship and honoring diverse linguistic skills as true assets.
