GREENWOOD, Ind. – Greenwood Parks and Recreation presents the biggest day of the summer this weekend. The annual Greenwood Freedom Festival with KORN Country 100.3 Musical Fireworks is this Saturday, June 28, at Craig Park. Organizers say it will be a “day of fun, music, pyrotechnics, drones, and celebration.”
The festival parade steps off at 4 p.m. The Doo and The Endless Summer Band fill the park with live music from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Attendees can also enjoy food from dozens of vendors, a beer and wine garden, and a Kids Zone with inflatables, rides, and face painting.
New this year to the Greenwood Freedom Festival, immediately after the flag retirement ceremony at 10 p.m., a drone show will lead to KORN Country 100.3 Musical Fireworks.
The fireworks are synchronized to the soundtrack that you can only hear on Korn Country 100.3.
